Yes these are great as they are but to make them even more exciting and to double the quantity for 25 extra calories, try this. Add half a teaspoon of chia seeds to the oats and mix well in, using 100ml light almond milk, heat the milk and stir into the oats. Using boiling hot water top the oats up to around 1.5cm below the rim, stir well and leave for 15-20 minutes. Stir again and warm to preference taking care that the porridge doesn't come over the rim. This will give you porridge in the consistency of chocolate cake mix 😋

Heavenly oats instant pots
Quaker oats quality, value for money with good packaging as pot means no need for messy bowls. Just add hot water or milk easy to make. Sugar is contained but as long as you read packaging and are aware you can plan accordingly.
