Great tub, great customer service
I bought this tub 2 yrs ago when we built the frame for our house. It has taken this long to finish the master bathroom and finally install the tub. We had some difficulty getting the feet on, they kept wobbling and coming loose when we moved the tub into place. I contacted the seller and he talked us through it. He told us to turn the tub upside-down and really tighten the bolts. We had been afraid that over-tightening would crack the white finish, but it didn’t. We were able to flip it back over, move it into place, and finish installation with no problems. I’ve been enjoying this tub as much as I’d hoped for!The only other issue we’ve had was that the flange for the overflow drain doesn’t fit quite flush right with the angle of the tub wall, we had to add another, and it leaks a little bit. I’d purchased the Kingston Brass drain kit. We weren’t able to find a thicker angled flange anywhere. It’s not a huge problem, since I can mostly prevent water from going into the upper drain, and the pipes are exposed and dry easily.

I LOVE this bath tub
I LOVE this bath tub! I usually don't write reviews, but I always read them before purchasing--especially on something like this--so I figured I would since this tub exceeded my expectations! The delivery was very smooth, the man rolled all 500 pounds of it right into our garage and even helped us check for damage. It arrived in perfect condition. The claw feet look way better in real life. We bought the brushed nickel finish and I'm very happy. They are solid too. The shape is wonderful and gives the vintage vibe I was going for. I'm 5,5' and the size of the tub is perfect for me. If you are a large man I'd say be aware that you will not be able to stretch out in this tub. We have not installed it yet so I will report back. Also GREAT price!!!

I’ve had this tub for almost 3 years and cannot think of a single complaint. It’s my favorite spot in the house!

Very Disapointed
First, there were no instructions with the tub, so we just mounted the feet randomly. When it didn't look right, I called the Tub Connection and the guy that answered said that there is a letter on each corner of the tub, and a letter on each foot. I removed the feet, and the corners of the tub were labeled A, B, C and D starting at the left front and going counter-clockwise. Two feet were labeled C and two feet were labeled D. I called back and spoke to a different guy, and he told me that he would have Amazon call me, as they were more proficient in installing the tub than they (Tub Connection) were. Really? I ended up mounting the C feet on the rear and the D feet on the front. I finally located some instructions on the website and they were no help either. There were supposed to be some shims included as well. No shims in my package. I will go to Home Depot tomorrow and see if they have some thin brass and cut my own shims and see if I can get the feet to fit better. Other that that, the tub is gorgeous. Positives outweigh negative
I love this tub for the looks but hate how it doesn't drain all the water, you have to physically remove a larg amount of water that settles in the middle of the tub. One other positive that I didn't think of when I decided to buy a cast iron tub, you use less hot water and it stays the same temp the entire bath.

The tub has a nice finish. The feet are nice also
The tub has a nice finish. The feet are nice also. Very heavy solid construction. What I didn't like was the feet don't sit tight to the tub on the back end (opposite the drain end). The drain end feet fit perfect. Not the case with the opposite. Still looks ok just not as crisp of a seem.

Great tub Great price!
My wife loves her new tub. Part of our master bath remodel. Easy to install if you have 3-4 strong friends to help get it in the bathroom. We used a piano dolly and still needed to remove two legs to get it through the door. Make sure you can get it in. It weighs over 300 lbs!
