Sourced rightly.
I sent it to my nephew in Africa. It did meet every standard for which I bought it.

Wish I would have had something like this when I was in college 50 years ago.
This is just fun to play with. So many thing it can do. Thanks

Missing items
I received the IOLab cart, with most of the accessories already attached to it. However, when attempting to set everything up, I realized that my order did not come with the eye bolt that is crucial to calculate force. This is not a piece that is easily found at the hardware store, and I am quite upset that it came somewhat put together (since important pieces are missing) rather than having the cart and the accessories pack come together. Do yourselves a favor and order it directly from your school so you can avoid this issue. I now have to hunt down an eye bolt that can work for this IOLab...

Trash, avoid at all costs
This device feels like a plastic toy. It's inaccurate, it doesn't keep it's own calibration for more than a few seconds, and the results of any test you do with it don't make physical sense.I had to push on the force sensor and compare it to the acceleration reading to test the mass of the device, using force equals mass times acceleration. The data shows that the primary acceleration started BEFORE I started pushing it, and then ended well after I was done pushing it. Both of those situations are physically impossible. Then I discovered that every time the force sensor feels so much as a slight breeze it starts to lose its calibration. One time I started recording and it read 5.43 newtons without even being touched! A lab that should have taken 10, maybe 15 minutes with cheaper, dedicated devices has taken over a week, and still isn't finished, because the standard deviations between tests have been so great that the data was useless. Avoid this piece of garbage at any and all costs. To any professors who are thinking of using this for their classes. Don't. It's not going to help anybody learn anything other than frustration.

Can't be used
necessary for my lab course, but I can't understand why is it so expensive.
