Harvest Creek Organic Canned Chicken 12.5-ounces (Pack of 4)

Costco use to carry the Harvest Creek Organic Canned Chicken in water, and then it disappeared. The grocery stores in my area have never carried it. I went though a period of all the usual known store brands. What a disaster- most of them, although packed in water, had that slimmy/rubbery feel and texture. Most importantly, most of them now say "with rib-meat" which allows them (and they do) put in that nasty reddish brown....meat. My very spoiled cats won't even eat it. They all went in the trash. Harvest Creek has been consistent with their quality. Thank God I can find this online. I am sure it is a bit more expensive than what you can buy in your local grocery. I honestly don't pay attention. This is the quality and taste I need. It is certainly worth it. When you consider I throw the others away, it is much more cost effective.

This canned organic chicken is very tasty. I like the size of the can, 12 oz instead of 5.5 ounce in small cans. I use it for making chicken salad. Quick and easy to use instead of baking or cooking chicken. The flavor is very good as well as the consistency. Isn't tough or rubbery chicken. I like buying this in the 4 pack also. There is also the convenience of having cans of chicken on hand in case of power failures/ company arrives unexpectedly etc. Thank you Amazon for carrying this product. It also arrived quickly and was packed very well to prevent the cans from denting.

My favorite canned chicken brand was discontinued. Bring it back! Where are you? Please come back! I'm sorry that I said those hurtful things when you asked me if you just tasted like chicken. Please don't leave me here without the only canned poultry that I need in my life. Don't goooooo!

I was so delighted to find organic canned chicken. This chicken was tasty and made a great chicken salad. However, the cans are half water. After draining the chicken, I was amazed. I weighed the remaining chicken. 6 and a half ounces chicken left. Half water is excessive. It didn't go nearly as far as it should have and I had to use extra cans to complete my recipe.

Very annoying! This product is 1/2 water and 1/2 chicken! I guess the good news is, I got a cup of soup to go it’s my chicken salad.

Great chicken, but the cans are REALLY thin. One arrived very dented
