Aarke Carbonator Pro, Sparkling & Carbonation Water Machine, Stainless Steel with Glass Reusable Bottle Volume 800 mL/27 fl oz and CO2 Cylinder (Matte Black)

The Aarke Carbonator Pro is expensive, but well worth the money. It is ruggedly made and attractive. The unit is heavy so it doesn’t tip over easily while using which was an issue with my older ‘Other’ brand machine. The air canisters are easy to load. I’m also really pleased by the heavy glass water bottles- they are attractive and avoid the whole microplastics issue.

I really love the Aarke sparkling water maker. I already have the Aarke coffee maker, and the two look great next to each other on the counter. The design is simple and clean, so it’s something I’m happy to keep out instead of putting away. I also have the Aarke water filter jug, which works perfectly with it. I just fill the bottle from the filtered water and make sparkling water in seconds. One thing I really like is that it doesn’t need an energy source, so you can place it anywhere in the kitchen. Setup was very easy and actually making the sparkling water is extremely simple. It’s also very quick. You can control how sparkling you want the water, which is great. I used to buy large bottles of San Pellegrino and similar sparkling waters, but they would often go flat before I finished them. With this, I make exactly the amount I want and it’s always fresh and perfectly sparkling. I would definitely recommend it if you like sparkling water and want something that looks nice in the kitchen and is very easy to use.

When this item arrived it was already broken. I thought there's a mechanism to lift it up but then I found out there was none as when I tilt the device, I hear something lose and moving around. The top of the device was also lose. I couldn't use it. What the heck? It is also night time and then weekends. What a shame, very pricy but durability is poor. Didn't get to do anything with it... I kept pushing, nothing happening. It does not require electricity.

bought it because I wanted glass bottle instead of plastic- but then 2 months later they issue a steel bottle for the cheaper sleeker model !- very stylish which is good because it takes up a lot of space and stands out visually. There really seems no justification for charging $350 just to inject CO2. And they include a cloth to mop up the leakage after each use. Probably it's too costly to design a safe home use model for injecting CO2 under pressure into a sealed glass bottle.- so the customer has to clean the spill over.

Our kids have one. We liked so we bought one too. I love the system. It works and I think very positive so far.

I recently got the Aarke Carbonator Pro. I love it! I can't believe how simple it is to use. It's fun, and the sparkling water is fantastic. I appreciate that I can choose how much carbonation I want. The stainless steel looks so chic on my bar cart.

Purchased two years ago, and the locking mechanism for the slide down lid has failed. I did appreciate the design and supposed solidity of the build quality, but as other users have found, there are parts that just don’t last inside. It is not user serviceable, and is surprisingly complicated inside. Users have reported that Aarke will replace the unit, but the unit eventually develops the same issues. I have run just over three bottles of CO2 for this 400 dollar machine, and it is going to the landfill, which what I was trying to avoid by carbonating at home. If they were to repair these glaring design flaws like the seals and the springs inside that actuate the articulated parts of the machine, it would be five stars.
