Nice book, my toddler and i have been reading this since the last 3-4 months and he has grasped the idea of whats said here and nowadays even when I get angry or sad, he says amma, its okay to not be okay.. you ll be alright. Haha!

Good book for kids

I originally bought this book for my nephew, thinking it would be a sweet little read. What I didn’t expect was how deeply it would resonate with me as an adult. The gentle rhymes, comforting words, and beautiful illustrations remind us that it’s okay to feel lost, mad, or not okay—and that we’re not alone in those feelings. It’s simple enough for children to understand, yet profound enough to tug at the heartstrings of grown-ups too. A must-have for any child’s bookshelf—and honestly, a lovely emotional hug for the adults reading it to them.

Amazing book....my kid is just loving it ....

Bought this as a gift for a 5 yr old child. The quality of the book is very good. Loved how the book emphasised on all feelings being ok and how we can cope when we are struggling with our emotions. Beautiful illustrations too! Will be placing an order for my own kid.

Great way to teach children acceptance towards all kind of feelings sply negative

I expected the book to talk about different emotions but 90% of the book just says its okay to be angry. Some words i also find weird in the book for my american english.
