Always appreciate Richard smith, this powder gives a nice taste to my coffee but doesn’t dissolve that well in coffee like I have heard Richard himself say it would. I think it was just a bad batch. Will order again. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

I take this with black coffee on an empty stomach first thing in the morning before I go to the gym. Resistance training feels easier, able to lift heavier weights. Haven’t had any issues with loose bowels as some people say they have. Works for me.
