I’ve been taking these capsules for a few months now and I have noticed improvement in my joint health.

After thoroughly checking all supplements regarding knee I found this product to be very promising in terms of composition. I have to come to know a newer improved version is going to be released. Hope this gives the best outcome on daily usage for long term.P.S.: I request the manufacturer to produce some supplement of this or better quality for knees which is also suitable for vegetarians.

Difficult to know the effect of the supplement but seems good, good size bottle, which lasts around a month. Have just started having it.
