As someone who recently started a serious gym routine, I find the amount of BCAAs that this drinks offer while maintaining a 0g sugar value to be stunning. It is perfect for an average intake of BCAAs either before or after a workout, or even without a workout. It also is packed with good selection of vitamins.However, when trying both flavours, I didn't like the zesty orange one. The mixed berry is amazing, but the zesty orange has a chemical aftertaste which I couldn't get used to. That's not to take anything away from the multipack on offer here, as they're both lovely, zesty flavours and really palatable and refreshing (not always a given with clear protein drinks). For some reason, this 2-flavour pack is a tiny bit cheaper than the 3-flavour one - not much, but maybe worth forgoing the lovely tropical flavour for if you want to save some pennies!Nutritionally, they're great - under a hundred cals each and a decent 10g wham-bam of protein to boot. Pricewise, of course these are a little more expensive than making your own up from a mix, but the convenience of the format makes them great to have handy in the cupboard for when you're really rushed (or feeling lazy). The bottles are sturdy little things too, and make for good reusable ones to refill with water at the gym.A great little sports drink - will definitely use the brand again and will be watching out for additional fruity flavours. For me, for my evening drink to take my pills and not drink too much so I don't have to get up in the night, there is enough for 3 evenings. Luckily, the bottle is conducive to being resealed and keeping in the fridge if you don't drink it all.To me, the orange one tastes like a thick orange cordial, there's no fizz to it at all, but it is quite refreshing. Plenty of protein, plenty of BCAAs etc etc.However for me I just can’t drink it. The flavour is just not nice on either.The orange is very very tart and while some people might love that, I don’t enjoy it. The berries one is very dry too.
