Excellent Trampouline - Highly Recommended.
This is an EXCELLENT purchase, and my kids love it.The trampoline is really quite easy to put together and is very well made. I would recommend this purchase to anybody, and it is very much worth having. A 16-foot circular trampoline for 400 dollars and some change?? For the money, you just can't beat it! We are VERY satisfied.Any product however, has at least some room for criticism, so here are my criticisms about this product:1) Although the legs appear to be symmetrical, the instructions don't tell you that it's important to face the legs in the correct direction or else the screw holes won't line up correctly. Even so, it's easy enough to just turn the legs around the correct way and then the screw holes line up just fine.2) Again regarding the instructions, when I got to the step of installing the rods that hold up the safety net to the legs of the trampoline, the instructions were not very clear on where and how they were to be affixed to the rest of the trampoline.. Looking at the legs (and not the instructions) makes it clear enough though that you have two holes in each leg that line up with two holes in each safety net rod, and that you have to put the plastic stand-offs between the legs and the rods, pass the bolt through the rod, the stand-off and then the leg, place a washer on the back, and then install the nut. There isn't a great deal of bolt thread for the nut to screw onto, but I didn't find any that were too short to be used. In the end, all parts supplied were of adequate size and the product is strong and sturdy when everything is installed properly and tightened up as it should be.3) Also the spring installation tool that comes with it is weak and it broke (snapped in half) when I was installing the springs, so I had to fashion another installation tool using some metal rod that I happened to have laying around my garage and a torch to heat it up with and to bend the rod into something adequate to grab hold of the springs. Once I did that, I was able to get the springs installed just fine.Would I recommend this product?? ABSOLUTELY!

Great quality!
I have owned many trampolines over the last 20 years or so, but I've never spent more than $200. When I saw that this one had a 350lb weight limit, I decided to spend more than I was planning, because my kids are older (ages 11-17). The directions aren't too clear. However, if you've ever put a trampoline together, it isn't hard. Me and my 11 and 13 year old put it together -- no husband required -- in only a few hours. (A ratchet made the job go much faster than the included wimpy wrench.) I have to say, as crazy as it sounds, the thing that impresses me most with this trampoline is how quiet it is!! The last one we had was SO loud, I had to put time restraints on it, as to not bother the neighbors too early or too late. This beauty is absolutely silent! It's sturdy, too. The quality of all parts is amazing! If you are looking for a nice, quiet, sturdy trampoline for older kids, this is the one!

Worth the price
It's a good trampoline for the price, time will tell about the durability. I wouldn't mind the T joints being a little more secure/robust, however it looks like solid material. I'm not a small person (6'1" 220lbs) and there is noticeable, but acceptable) motion in the legs when I bounce. I don't notice any movement with the kids. We don't have it staked down yet so that might help.It was easy enough to build considering you're building a trampoline, however make sure you set aside at least a couple hours and you have a helper. I would recommend a ratcheting wrench in the appropriate size, no power tools needed.Just a heads up, the 10ft model we bought came in 3 different shipments. All were well packaged and nothing was damaged. However we were missing two of the foam pads that go inside the spring cover mat, still haven't heard from the company about replacements. Despite this, I'd still give it 4-5 stars and I would buy it again.

After several years review
We have had this trampoline (14ft) since April 2021, so far all strings are intact, poles are still unbent, jumping net is doing fine, and protective net is in good shape (couple small tears). We also added a trampoline water hose that attaches to the net around the top via zip ties, that's been up there for about 2 years without issues as well. The blue protective padding is in rough shape and I will be purchasing a new one for this summer. This trampoline has withstood being outdoors in Minnesota during out hottttt summers and cold, icy, heavy snow winters. I did buy it a tarp, and do take the netting down and lay it on top of the jump mat under the tarp, but that snow makes it sag so deep it nearly touches the ground, it always springs back up once it melts. My only complaint has been the zipper entrance - over time the netting has moved around and settled and we can no longer get the zipper to close all the way, it's too tight, and the buckles can just barely latch. (I do require the buckles latched when kids are on there.)

Junk!!!!!
I am leaving a five star review in hopes others that look at the reviews look at the one star reviews as well. This one deserves a one star. This Trampoline is a piece of JUNK and is UNSAFE. The blue spring cover had a couple of straps rip off as soon soon after kids aged 5 and 8 started using the trampoline. Soon after it had about a dozen straps rip in a row rendering it unsafe and unusable. We have been trying to contact Giantex for moths but they never answer. I have tried contacting Amazon and they are unresponsive as well. Do yourselves a favor and buy something different. Maybe from another site where the sellers accept returns or offer warranty assistance.

Shipped quickly, all parts present, assembly was straighforward
Two boxes came in two days, the third on the third day after ordering. All parts well identified and present, and assembly was straightforward. It is probably possible for one adult to assemble it, but two adults are more than twice as fast. Construction seems solid.

Excellent!
Trampoline is excellent, all the pieces were there. We got 16ft for 3 children and it's plenty of room.
