This case rivals the Pelican case that I bought at the same time. Very good construction and quality. It doesn’t have metal lined lock holes like the Pelican and eylar cases I bought. My only gripe is that lock holes are very small and skimpy. Condition1 is my go to case manufacturer now because of the price point. I don’t lock my cases because I’m not traveling with them and I don’t use them for guns. I wish they more colors like eylar.

The foam is reasonably easy to cut to fit the equipment. Sturdy construction, although I haven't tried dropping it with the equipment inside. Haven't actually used it in the field yet, but I don't expect any problems. If I find any, I'll revise my review.

After ripping out the tiled foam to fit my Blackmagic Cinema Pocket 4K and some other accessories into the case, I’m pretty happy with the it. The reason that it doesn’t get a full 5 stars is that I’m not really a fan of the tiled foam. When I was peaking the foam apart, some sections were getting loose when I didn’t want to remove those sections. I may get new foam inserts down the line, but for now it serves its purpose with little to no issues.

I had to fly across the country and did not want to leave my brand new PS5 to chance by shipping it back home or putting it in my checked luggage. So, I cut the foam in the shape of the console and tah dah! Great Product for my needs.

In the past I have purchased Pelican cases and decided to give this a try as it appeared to be functionally similar at a significantly lower price. As soon as I opened the outer box I was a little bit dismayed. This case appears to be plastic rather than fiber-reinforced resin, the locks feel flimsy, and the pick & pluck foam lining is awful. The foam is extremely soft compared to the more dense Pelican foam, and the foam in the lid and on the bottom of the case are so so thin that they can easily compressed so that there is no cushioning at all. I'm simply not willing to trust $6k of spotting scope and range finder to this case, and opted to replace it with a Pelican iM2700 instead. It's twice the price but I'm confident that my equipment will get there in one piece.

I was looking for a case for my lav mic system and this fit both receivers systems, my external mic recorder and extra batteries. The foam isn’t the best but it is good enough for me to feel safe transporting the system around.

This woulds of been a good product if the foam did not have a 2" gap between the top and bottom when closed. The top has a thin slice of foam that should come down to the rim. I put a large caliber revolver in the case without any cuts in the foam, turned the case on it's side and the firearm made a thump when it hit the side of the case. The company says in it's advertising that it's great for hunter, and military gear. I would think a handgun would be considered hunter or military gear. Returning it.

I bought this case for a month-long field training exercise in the military. As a unit commander, I needed periodic access to my laptop. This case provides rugged durability and excellent protection. I’d highly recommend to anyone with similar needs.
