It looks good, feels good and suits EDC or international travel. Solid bag here!
TL;DR - A great bag that fits a variety of needs. It looks good, feels good, and is ideal for EDC or international travel. Lowepro makes solid gear! Great: - It's sleek and attractive appearance and feel - Lightweight - Removable camera padding - Secure closures and just enough pockets Good: - Size (150) is perfect for EDC or lightweight international travel (larger sizes are available) - Back document pocket had bottom zipper that allows for luggage handle attachment - Snaps are secure and easy to use, even if they stick sometimes. - Adjustable camera padding partitions - Tablet padding pocket - Rubber coated shoulder strap prevents slipping. - Quality hardware Not so good: - Snaps can be hard to open at different angles which could wear down the fastener attachments - No reinforcement or coating material on the bottom of the bag to protect from everyday wear and tear - Size (150) can be challenging if looking for more storage. Minimalism is the name of the game here. Bad: - Nothing in my book. Your mileage may vary! General Comments: I had this bag roughly two months and it's been in use daily since, including a three week international trip. I've tried a plethora of bags, mostly from Lowepro before resting on this one. This is a simple yet dynamic bag. Don't expect it to be the swiss army knife of camera bags, but if you're looking to keep your EDC (every day carry) items with you along side your camera then this bag may be a good fit for your. Personally, I have somewhat of a minimalist approach when it comes to my EDC, which makes keeping a camera and a couple extra cans with you a challenge. This bag is not perfect, nor is it fatally flawed. Lowepro offers three sizes if it suits your needs and doesn't force too many gimmicks at you. The material of this bag is very attractive! It's thick, but not too thick. It looks classy and durable. The should strap is thick, and the pad has a nice rubber layer to help with slipping on the shoulder. The hand strap is strong and doesn't get in the way, making it difficult to get in and out of the messenger style compartment. Side pockets are handy for quick access to frequently used accessories. I personally find the button snaps on my bag hard to open with one hand. I feel myself tugging at the pocket at different angles. This may reduce the life of the snaps or the fabric holding the hardware causing to rip. Your mileage may vary. The inside front zipper pocket has a balanced variety of pockets, zips, and clips for accessories and other items carried. The main compartment has a padded tablet sleeve built in which allows for an iPad or Nexus 9 sized tablet (<10") and the Lowepro camera padding slips right into the main section of the bag. The back document pocket can hold more than meets the eye, however it won't fair well with papers (US 8.5"x11") in a folder or holder. There is a zipper on the bottom of this pocket that allows you to slip your bag onto your luggage handle while traveling; very handy! About the camera padding. It's removable, which is big! This attractive bag does not have to serve as a permanent camera bag if you don't wish! I just finished a three week tour of Finland and Russia with this bag and found it very versatile. Removing the camera padding revealed helpful when needing to keep my camera with me (knowing I wouldn't need many cans that day) but wanted to keep a water bottle and other necessities nearby. The camera padding does come with a generous supply of velcro secured partitions that allow custom configuration. The padding itself has a velcro lid to secure it's contents even when in the main compartment of the bag secured by the main bag flap. This is beneficial since if using for storage, it can be safely set aside fully protected, as well as if in the bag it can be securely closed even if the main flap is not. In general, it's functional but not perfect. I personally do not see where improvements can be made. There is no reinforcement to the bottom of the bag however. The same material that wraps the whole bag, albeit durable in itself is also used on the bottom. I try to be very cautious about where I set my bags, but we all know there is rarely a perfect scenario where the bag is always placed in the best place or always carried spared from the gravity of earth (a little dramatic?). An improvement would be some extra durable material or coating added to the bottom to prevent wear and tear.

Does what it needs to - protect the camera
Fits my canon point and shoot perfectly. Holds a spare battery and memory card as well. Don’t expect it to hold much else beyond that. Well made, good zippers.

Lowepro Tahoe CS 20 fits the Sony RX100 VII
I've seen a few reviews saying the CS20 doesn't fit the RX100 VII. The depth of the case fits exactly, so you don't want to overstuff the front pocket. Otherwise you risk damaging the lens cover fins or the display, depending on which direction you put the camera in. The front pocket can also fit 2 spare batteries strategically placed. The inside is actually longer than the camera by over an inch. So if you have wrist or neck strap that isn't too clunky, you can carefully fold it in there. Dislikes: - Wish it felt more substantial. The outer material seems pretty thin. I feel like it will tear easily if something sharp rubs against it. - Hardly any padding on the sides or rear. When you open the case, it just kinda flops and really emphasizes the lack of protection. - The belt loop seems more like a decoration and really thin. If you actually attach this to your belt, it will likely rip off if you bump into something. Overall: I like the case because it's simple and attractive looking. But I will be using it to transport inside of a larger camera bag or backpack. It's probably not going to be durable in a standalone walkaround usage. Also wish Lowepro hadn't discontinued the other colors. Really would have liked the camo green or red versions.

Tight squeeze for G5X mk2
I have a bunch of Lowepro stuff: two sling bags, a larger messenger bag, multiple lens tubes, an accessory bag, etc. I think for the money they’re tough to beat. When I bought a Canon G5X mk2 as a pocketable vacation camera I immediately bought this as the bag for it. Unfortunately the packaging was such that I couldn’t try fitting the camera in it without shredding the packaging. If I had been able to, I might have returned it and gone with whatever the next size up would be. The typical Lowepro quality is there, but I think this is a better fit for a G9X-sized camera. The G5X and a single backup battery is all I wanted to carry, and it just barely fits in there. I have a leather wrist strap on the camera, and I need to let that stick out side of the bag. It’s too thick to fit in the bag with the camera. So basically if you have a G5X or G7X you probably want the next size up, but if you have the G9X then this is a high quality bag that will last the life of the camera.

Fits an Olympus TG-6 camera and two extra batteries
Excellent case for an Olympus TG-6 waterproof camera and two extra batteries (in their plastic holders) in the external zip pocket. For long-term storage, you can remove the battery from the camera and fit it into the main compartment with the camera. The camera strap does not fit inside; it hangs out and you just don't completely close the main pocket zipper. The case is slightly padded, enough to protect the camera in a bag full of other equipment or while rattling around in a storage box on a moving boat, but it would not save the camera if you dropped a scuba tank on it, for example. There is little extra space for anything else inside, so this this case is about as small as as a moderately protective case for this camera could be. Just what I want for traveling. I got one black one and one red one, so we can tell our two cameras (also black and red) apart easily.

Great little pouch for my RX100vii. The zippered pocket holds 2 batteries and a spare card which is handy and makes them easy to find.
