Flamenco Shoes Dance, Model Cale, Woman, Leather, with Nails, Size 10.5 (42EU), Menkes Black

The shoes look and sound great and are well made. I find the ties hold my foot in better than the ones with the straps and its easier to stay balanced. Be aware that the size chart is much different than most of the EU size charts, so be sure to measure your foot using the Menke's size chart. Due to having a wider foot in the front that narrows in the back, I need the instep and heels to be tight and the toes wider. My only issue with these shoes is that the toes are more pointed and are very stiff. The crossover stitched leather trim across the toe area makes it very difficult to stretch them. I do have the other Menke's model with the strap and if you need the width in the toes, they would definitely be better. There's a big difference between the fit since the other model has more rounded toes without trim on the top and the leather has more give to it so they stretch a lot. Those were a little big for for me, so I tried a smaller size in the lace up ones which was a mistake due to the fit of the toe box. The length fits fine so I'm trying to stretch the toe box wide enough to not give me blisters. If that doesn't work I may have to buy a new pair.

I was a little nervous buying shoes online because I like to try them on first. I ordered these and they are exactly what I wanted, they are made with a beautiful material and the sounds are loud. I would highly recommend these. I also bought my normal size and it was a perfect fit.

Loved everything about this shoe...so ordered the last two pair in stock! I am currently living in Spain and am embarking on learning this expression of Dance. As I have really small feet, it is somewhat difficult to find a shoe that I like in my size. These are attractive and fit perfectly... SO happy with my purchase!!! <3

I am a beginner to flamenco dance. I have a small foot with high arches so that is why I chose this style with shoe ties on top of my foot instead of a single strap. I wear a 5.5 street shoe so I ordered size 35. My flamenco teacher is from Peru and I showed her my Menkes. She was impressed and told me I had selected a great brand. She also was amazed that I was able to buy them for such a reasonable price. So I am loving them since they perform so well . and I am loving the high quality too. I definitely recommend this shoe!
