Terrible
I bought this chair for my tattoo parlor, I’ve had it a little over a month and the finish is coming off. I use Cavi wipes on it, of course to clean it properly before and after each procedure. All my other chairs from a different company are perfectly fine except for this one!!

Broken parts not replaced by seller
The chair arrived ok, box was beat up pretty good - FedEx. Chair went together easy enough but a wheel for the stool was broken. Contacted seller and they said a new wheel was sent but never arrived, been months.
