They’re great! I love mine. They are fine getting on them & sitting. If you’re playing around on them they will tump over

By pushing up the lever in the right while sitting on the chair with adult body weight. Just like a swivel office chair.

Q: How do you adjust the height?

There's a lever on the right side that you push up, it pops the chair up and if you sit while pushing the lever, then chair will go down. Just like an office swivel chair.
