The review is for the replacement. This belt really work. It really ease my back pain. I normally use level 1 and only some times use up to level 3. I never use any higher level and don't think that's necessary so I did not experience any overheating or LED damage. People who purchase this need to understand, this is not FAR IR. It's Close IR. It will not heat up like FAR IR, but you still feel a little bit warm while using. The quality of the belt feels really good, but my original purchased belt stop working for some reason, so I contact the customer service for support. After few trouble shooting verification messages, seller decide send me a brand new replacement. Here are some of the suggestion and hopefully the future product can be improved. 1. The USB A Power bank Charging Cable cable only 13.5". It really too short and limited the useable power bank. If you have big power bank, it might not fit into the belt pouch and the power bank will be dangling around sue to short charging cable. 2. Why still using "special" USB A cable for power delivery? USB A never meant for deliver this kind of power. Factory should use USB C for the job. During the usage, USB cable charging cable connector also will heat up due to 5V to 12V voltage step up conversion. I'm not sure if my first belt die because of faulty charging cable or not since I'm not electrician . 3. The remote is really necessary bulky with minimal functionality. Factory should intergrade the power converter into the remote so the user can use any USB C cable to connect to the power bank.

I was really happy with the price and benefits I get from this product! It was recommended to me by my naturoapth doc and it especially comes in handy when I experience period cramping. However half of it stopped working recently, so I reached out to the company. I am giving it 4 stars because I really had to try all their means of contact to finally get in touch with someone, I think the seller's website needs to be updated (the breakdown happened after I could not simply talk with Amazon). However they sent me a new one free of charge and it literally came like 1-2 days after I did get in touch with someone. I appreciate their customer service overall as well as the ability to keep using a product that works well and is so affordable.

This is one of the best Red Light Therapy Belts I’ve ever used, and I LOVE red light/infrared therapies. This belt is strong and high quality. I don’t at all expect it to break anytime soon. It fits me perfectly despite my being overweight and it even has extra length for someone larger than me. It would definitely fit a smaller body as well. Very versatile in the sizing. It’s super easy to use. It has five steady light settings and two flashing settings. It warms nicely, has a SUPER LONG power cord and an optional cord to plug into a power bank. From my use so far I’d say it’s super effective. Very strong red light/infrared. It’s also very comfortable to wear. I love this thing so much! The brand is fantastic. They even offer warranty. I’ve had good communication from the brand, super easy to ask questions, etc. I cannot recommend this more. If you are looking for a red light/infrared belt, this is a top contender for sure.

I've tried a few different Red Light Therapy Products but the Red Light Belt from Usuie has been the best so far. I usually feel pain relief within 10 minutes. As a senior citizen this product has helped me live a better life.

This product worked well until about a month ago when the lights started to go off first it was half of them now only five of 20 light rows are working. That means that it worked well for less than a year. Overall, I think it was OK. I imagine that it’s helping me. I’m not sure but the fact that it last so shortly is not good. You expect to get a longer lasting product.
