Great product, you can listen to your music or watch Tv whilst working out, just make sure you put an old piece of carpet under it or some form of protection as it can damage the floor underneath. Great products and gives you a good workout.

I like how you have more space to widen or shorten your stance, depending on your level of balancing skill.Keeping the plastic board in one place, or keeping yourself facing the same direction is a little tricky. Like with any other skill, it takes practise.The board comes with a hand storage bag.I'm finding it a good rehabilitation tool for core stability, but be prepared for your inner thighs muscles to feel a little tight and sore after first using it (You should get over that with further use)For first time users, I would recommend being near something to hold on to. There are also YouTube work outs to follow online.

The product is good quality. Even my weight is over 85kg, I still feel confident on it. It is my first time to try balance board to train my core, look forward to seeing the results.

I am a 57 year old lady with numb feet from chemo and thought it would be good for my balance I use it for 10 mins a day and can already feel the benifit my balance is better and my tummy feels more toned as does my inner thighs. Absolutely love it

I bought this product because it says there is an eBook to demo how to use the board but the product arrived without any eBook. I'm not satisfied with this! If it doesn't include please be honest to the customer so that i can make an inform decision to purchase or not.
