I travel a lot. I got this to help when the voltages and prongs change. I can charge four things and power a couple more. Not your hair dryer or iron, but a laptop or other small electronic device. It’s light and packs well. Handles 100 (Japan, 240 Europe, Australia, NZ & Korea, or American 110. All you need are plug adapters for the two prong.

These are a game changer. Used these in both England and France (you need an adapter). Compact, lightweight, easy to use. Great for travel.

I have the round version and my only complaint is that is it difficult to get the cord in and out.

Awesome Travel Accessory. I vacation a lot with friends and family and I thought this Power Strip would make it easy for everyone to recharge their electronic devices. In addition, this power strip can be used to plug into an International Power Adapter when traveling abroad. The device does have the ability to service electronics that take 100 volts - 240 volts. I checked with HP and Apple and most electronics just require an adapter and not a converter to be used abroad, so this Power Strip is perfect. I tested out of the Power Strip here in the United States and both of the outlets worked, in addition, all of the 4 USB ports charged my devices. The Power Strip is compact, light and very practical for travel. At some hotels, there is only one additional electrical outlet available and the electrical outlet is not always in a convenient location. This compact travel Power Strip solves that problem. I highly recommend this wonderful product. I had numerous questions and contacted the Seller K-Century Park and the response time was awesome. The Customer Service was EXCELLENT. The warranty on the product 18 months and that give you ample time to test this product worry-free in lots of travel and home settings. I have traveled with a bulky Power Strip in the past and that will never happen again. I dedicated this product to my travel bag. If K-Century Park has a sale I plan to purchase more for Christmas gifts for all of my friends.

Great strip. I remind myself that this is not a voltage converter, so I should not plug in U.S. devices when traveling in 220V countries unless those devices are themselves 220V-compatible. However, all USB outlets work worldwide. It is light, handy, and functional. I do not need a transformer function. This is great.

I had high hopes for this product as a travel power strip. It met all my requirements: compact, lightweight, multiple outlets & USB ports, and long power cord. The lack of surge protection and a grounded plug did not matter to me. The first indication that this product may not work out is the badly translated slogan on the box: "Solve the problem of many charge for you". The writing on the box continues with examples of how this product would be useful: "The socket is too little", "Electrical too much", ... I can live with the poor translation if the product worked as advertised. I plugged my iPad mini tablet (2.1 Amp charger) and Samsung Note phone (2.0 Amps charger) into two of the USB ports. This is under the 4.2 Amps max specified for the USB ports. After a few minutes, I smelled a plasticky burning odor. I charged both the iPad mini and Samsung Note for 10 minutes and unplugged the power strip. During this time, the iPad charged two times slower than when using its original charger. The Note charged about as fast as when using its original charger. I plugged this power strip back in after waiting 15 minutes to test it again. This time, none of the USB ports worked. The USB charging light did not come on. Apparently, my first use of the product burned something out. I returned this product immediately.

I have had this extension cord for about a year, (01/20/2018-11/22/2019 so far) and it is probably one of the best purchases I have made in the last year. At least once a week, I think about how much I love this thing. I just came back to order some as Christmas gifts. -I love how easily and neatly it wraps up. The thin cord is definitely a plus, and it snaps right into place when you're wrapping it up. - Very easy to travel with; I carry it everywhere with me in my backpack, and it fits in most small pockets easily. -I use this thing ALL the time. In a coffee shop and can't quite reach the plug 6 feet away with my computer charger? Got it. In an airport and all of the plugs are taken? I can ask someone, unplug them momentarily, and plug them into my extension cord, giving me an extra outlet. At home and want to charge multiple things at once? Got it. -This has saved me a lot of space in my backpack when I travel. Because it has 4 USB ports, I don't have to carry the plug-in part of my charging cords. Now, I just have a little bag for all of my different USB cords (phone, fitbit, bluetooth headphones), and this surge protector.

The picture for this item implies that you will receive two power strips, you do not. The description say ou will also receive a pouch to carry, I did not. I will keep because it is compact, but would not recommend, based on what I mentioned above. I have not used it,so I cannot speak on that as of now.
