Great quality bags however the smallest bag was missing from the order, bags are great however super disappointed that the bag was missing. Amazons alternative was return however we threw boxes and found it to costly to repack and resend.

I was very impressed when I first unpackaged my luggage. It was a really nice set and appeared to be sturdy. We went on our first trip using the luggage, which was why we purchased it. I was very disappointed to find the zipper gone on the outside upper pocked of our largest piece. Now the pocket does not close and makes the piece look "broken" as it flaps out.

Don’t worry, Southwest managed to break this on the first flight too. Some of the trim was ripped off after the very first domestic flight out of town. We’ll see how this holds up over time.

As a Travel Agent who takes a minimum of 4-6 international trips annually, I am ALWAYS in search of the best travel value. Delsey, BY FAR, is the BEST luggage for any type of travel.First, and best, IMO are the compartments and pockets. The durability of the zippers, easy cleaning ( like a naugahide teflon-like surface), rollability (?), and the beloved raised handle.I have many sizes of Delsey, ( under the seat bag, garment bag and of course the 3 traditionals.)Not sure if I'll find a better brand, because WHEN WILL THESE WEAR OUT???P.S. this is my 2nd set, passing the first on to my son... so it's generational Delsey....

Enough space for a weekend. Very easy to maneuver. Much easier than larger carry on suitcases. Seems sturdy/well made.
