Good shampoo
The shampoo is good, smells lovely. Just bathed my little beastie yesterday and she is looking fabulous. For me personally, I find the pump bottle too much of a struggle because the shampoo is thick. It's like sucking a McDonalds milkshake through a straw, you'll get there eventually. With a wet wiggly dog it's a hassle. I've limited energy and mobility so it's a bigger issue for me maybe. I look for ease of use.Aside from that, great stuff. Lathers easily, rinses easily, dog doesn't seem bothered by it and she's not been itching since her shower. So a mostly 👍.

Calming smell
I like the shine it gives my dogs hair and it smell lovely.I have 2 dogs and a 500 ml bottle lasted for 6 months and they both love getting muddy, so I will say it's value for money.
