Helps you detect even the smallest of bites
I am very amazed at how well this works. This is very easy to setup. What many do not realize is you will need something to attach these to. I use a rod pod which is a setup that your poles can lay on. You can also get a bank stick. So all you do is first setup your rod pod or bank stick. then grab the swinger and screw on the alarm. Then cast out your pole, lay on rod pod or bank stick. Then hold the power button till it turns on. Start tightening your line and you should hear the alarm. I like to silent the alarms as I use the receiver to hear when one of them goes off. The swingers are great because you can detect not only pull bites but push back bites. It is also so sensitive that I was able to detect a crawdad biting on my bait on a pole. I like that you can put the receiver on silent/vibrate if you are going for dead silence. And yes you can also turn the volume all the way down on the alarms. Thanks to this I can now detect the smallest of bites and not always have to look at my poles.

Great Starter Bite Alarm for the miney
Cheap, well built for the money. Great beginner bite alarms, and love the receiver. Caught 3 carp tonight from the safety of my car due to mosquito. Love the bite number indication and which pole.
