When I received this item it was odd that no paperwork or anything was in the package. I was disappointed when opening my grinder because it was clearly a used grinder. The paint was rubbed off in certain spots on the product. To top it all off, it looked like somebody just used it leaving residue and crumbs throughout.

The colors were very true to the photo! Very impressed with the design. The blades that grind the product are very sharp and haven't had any issues on that end. Very smooth and fluid grinding. It's bigger than I expected (but I didn't read the dimensions before purchasing so that's not a complaint, just an observation), the chamber where your ground product is- bigger than any of the other grinders I own. I have tiny hands so it almost makes the grinder feel TOO big, but being able to detach the chamber gives you a mini-grinder! :D The reason I'm giving this 4/5 stars is because I believe the blades should have been coated with something to keep the product that you're grinding from sticking to them (and I have a huge area of buildup in the middle, even though I clean it regularly). I'd suggest buying something additional (or maybe in the future the seller could add as a package) a cleaning tool.

I had to return this because I was not having it. First item I ever returned on amazon and hopefully last. I used this grinder and I didn’t even have it for a week, the pain or whatever they used to colour it can easily scratch off. I really like it because of the colour but it’s whatever It didn’t really bother me much, but what got me heated was when the chamber on the grinder literally broke. It would swing open and won’t even close back. So now I just had a mini grinder which isn’t even worth 15$. Heed this warning and Save your money.... I should have listened to those 2 bad reviews i read on it but I wanted to be stubborn and think to myself maybe they got a defective product. Besides the point it did do its job as a grinder and that’s why I gave it 2 stars. Even tho what I grinded would get stuck in the middle but I didn’t really care much for that because it still grinded.

This is the noisiest damn grinder I have ever owned. The top fits together a little too snug and is of a really thin aluminum the squeaks easily, so most of the time unless I have just done a very thorough cleaning with it with alcohol and let it thoroughly dry, it's squeaks like a tortured mouse or a panic Chihuahua whenever I use it.

Magnets on the door came off first use. I found them and tried to it them back in but once it’s had product in it glue will not adhere. I’ve had some of my grinders for decades and although this one may appear pretty, it is defective. Technically I should’ve sent it back but shipping cost more than the item itself. The seller should use this review to fix the product and send me what I was sold In its description. I paid real money, I deserve the real product purchased.

Such a beautiful product. The color came out really nice. I would give this product five stars however the side dispenser door completely kills the vibe. Whether you like the idea or not it's going to get to the point where it's a problem for you. I would just recommend getting this grinder but without that piece, which is removable. Problem you have once you remove it is that at the bottom of it lies the filter for the smallest, first compartment. So now you just have the top chamber in the bottom chamber with no filter if you remove the slide chute piece :(An absolutely beautiful grinder that just falls short of the bar.

Literally the best grinder ever! So easy to use, so smooth to grind. Absolutely love the little swing out door, saves sooo much mess. Must buy!

The easy access window does not provide easy access at all. It can only be opened using some sort of tool instead of just opening manually. Maybe if I had longer fingernails but I keep mine short. It's much easier to just twist the top off than struggling to pry the access window open. Also the access window adds so much more volume to the grinder, it's so huge! I'm returning and plan to buy the one without the access window
