A great piece from a Chinese manufacturer
This amazing affordable tripod for DLSR cameras and smartphones is very well built and user friendly. Compact design easy to fold and carry during travel. Flexibility and high quality impressed me so much. What surprises me the most is that this tripod is made in China, a Shenzhen tech company. I was not aware of this until I start reading the instruction booklet. China is changing rapidly in industrial manufacturing quality. Thanks for the great quality product.

Good tripod. Not great for panning.
Quality tripod. Well constructed and compact. Well worth the money paid for it. Comes with a nice black carrying case. Easy to open and extend. Arca compatible with knob release is good.My only complaint about the tripod is that the head does not support smooth panning. When adjusting the smaller knob on the tripod head, the head will rotate but, stiffly. This is ok for still camera applications but doesn't work well for video. To get smoother panning, I loosed the head on the tripod. While this works, the mounted camera is subject to a small amount of wobbling.

Ball head not stable.
Nice design for legs, the ball head is not easy to work with.

I wanted to like this tripod for the cost
I wanted to like this tripod for the cost, functionality, and size but it didn't hold up after one trip and can't find replacement parts. It also wasn't the best as far as stability.

didnt last very long, feels cheap
I really wanted to like this tripod but the cap that has the hanger to stabilize the tripod in the center column popped off randomly one day and it was still working but a few months later it slipped all the way out and after i put it back it never worked the same. Very hard to push and pull the center column to raise the head. it is also very light, so light in fact it doesnt stabilize too well in winds especially with the legs raised. legs are also very thin at the bottom so it becomes top heavy with larger lenses. just something to think about.

Light weight yet good features, sturdy, and good value
Even though tripod is lightweight, the telescoping legs extend out at an angle to provide a better than expected sturdy base. Ball head is a great feature on this less expensive stand and allows leveling of camera regardless of terrain. Compact when folded and can easily be attached to my camera backpack and carried. I am only an amateur photographer and this tripod gives me many of the features and capabilities that more experienced and dedicated photographers desire without breaking my bank.

buy it for the legs, the ballhead sucks
the legs, center column are pretty good, it doesn't feel expensive. the ball head itself sucks the plastic on it is cheap.for the price i recommend getting it but replace the ball head!!!! even the $20 ball heads can bring this tripod to life- im not the average user, i use it for 2 minute exposures and all the stuff that can demand a lot out of a tripod.

nice tripod for my laser
Great tripod!! it's fast and easy to setup and feels sturdy. Tripod can be converted to mono pod easily if you wanna carry mono pod in your hand and travel. Included are a well-made, padded carrying case with adjustable shoulder strap. For the price it's excellent. I bought this tripod for my laser. Overall, nice tripod, if your looking for a not so expensive one.
