A nice theme but a little expensive for such a simple game
Great quality and a good twist on guess who to get kids excited for it again. A little pricey I think for a game like this but there’s enough variety in the characters that it makes for a fun game and forces you to ask questions a little different than the original. For instance, ‘is it a girl?’ Doesn’t work as well since a bunch of the characters are monsters or whatnot so you have to get creative initially. What my class of 8 year olds quickly resorted to was asking if it had a certain colour in it which narrows things down quickly.

Great family game for those Mario fans
I picked up the Guess Who? Mario edition for my almost-5-year-old, and it’s been a hit! He and his big sister have been able to play together as well as with the rest of the family. The game is easy enough for the younger kids to understand, but still entertaining for the adults. My children were already familiar with many of the Super Mario characters, so they were excited to see them on the playing cards. It was also a great way for them to practice their memory skills as they tried to remember which character was on each card. minor point- it would be good if the cards had a little holder or something to keep them together

Guess who alternative
Like normal guess who, good game. But..... it's difficult thinking of questions to ask for distinguishing between characters. (Have they hit a mask on? Does a full body suit that covers the head and face count as a mask, full face mask or just eyes covered.......) Can they fly? Are they green? Girl or boy? Animal? Are they humanoid? Are they a guardian of the galaxy? Some can be tricky to answer

This game is a fun Marvel twist on the traditional “Who Am I?” concept. The rules are familiar, but there’s an extra challenge: to really enjoy it, you need some knowledge of the Marvel Universe. It’s easy enough to come up with questions if you know the characters, but if you don’t, it can be tough to move the game along. Unlike the classic version where you can ask about obvious features like hair color, glasses, or hats, these characters are trickier—many are alike in certain ways but very different in others. That makes it less about spotting simple traits and more about actual Marvel fan knowledge. In terms of quality, it’s on par with the standard game. The pieces are sturdy enough, and it plays exactly as it should. The real fun comes from playing with fellow Marvel fans who can appreciate the details. Overall, I’d call this a solid, affordable game night pick for Marvel geeks. If you or your friends are into the comics or movies, it’s a great way to test your knowledge and laugh over the tricky guesses. If you’re not familiar with Marvel, though, it might feel more frustrating than fun. We had to create a cheat sheet for non-geeks to play it.
