Well built will solid wood carving and nice surface for grabbing. Can attach to pull-up bars or workout machines to improve grip strength.

The Ucraft Evo Rings are great! Great quality and durability. I especially like that the bottom holds accommodate four fingers and not limited to just two like other rings.

These pieces are well-made and are a great addition to add some finger strength training to your home gym

I use these to do pull ups in the gym with the top jug part. The rope slides a little and looses it's setting on one of them so I've had to tie an overhand knot to make it work. Excellent workmanship.
