Installation pretty easy.Image was crystal clear. Recently had a problem with the camera. Auto-Vox,Vicky,was super helpful and they sent out a replacement camera with very little hassle.

Best purchase - you’ll love it!
I bought this back up camera Dec. of 2021. It’s been great! Very clear picture. I go through the car wash.. it’s fine. I recently had an issue where it stopped working. I emailed the company, they responded right away, and helped me trouble shoot the problem. I am back in business and VERY happy with their customer service and their product!

It works fairly well, it's well made.
My car is too old to have a back- up camera. So I bought this one. I like it. It's not as easy to use or as accurate as the ones built into the newer cars, but it is definitely the next best thing.

The camera is very useful indeed BUT.....
The camera is indeed very useful in safely backing up my car. BUT the solar panel that came bundled with the camera BLOCKS the access to the button that opens my car's hatch (See the photo with green arrow). For now, I have remove the solar panel from the camera every time I have to open the hatch of my car. I am trying to figure out a way around it but I can't see how. :-(

Great Quality Camera!
This new model is working much better than the last one. The customer service is excellent. The picture is high quality both day and night. I would highly recommend this backup camera!

Great System. 2 psuedo or clinical preference flaws
Works great but only two issues .1) the objects are closer than they appear adage can't be applied to the camera . Things are much further back than they appear . This might be a built in optical feature to help you back up slower when backing up though ?2) there's no sound beeping function when you get too close to an object or a curb that will go off so if you really love that feature on a back up system don't buy this one .
