Neck brace

It takes a few minutes to understand that one pulls the side of the neck support off it’s fixing …there is a small Velcro like tab to indicate which one to pull off…. it does need just a little ‘wiggling’ as well as a ‘pull’ to release it. The support provided is good tho so generally thumbs up

Not enough posterior traction and oor customer service

The device was well built but causes too much neck extension and no posterior traction. I returned it 10 days ago within 1 week of buying and had to pay £12.75 to post it back as no free return post and still no refund
