I am not a a big breakfast eater but like having this available, I am healing from an infection so make sure I get enough protein to enhance healing. Also good for weight loss program, I don't do hard physical labor so it takes me to lunchtime.

It has great flavor
I have ordered this Hot chocolate 2 times now and I just love it. The cinnamon is a nice added touch. I will keep buying this product.
