Maintenance drove my 3in sewer cap down my sewer line. With the camera i taped a wire hook on the line and was able to drag the cap back to the clean out where i could get my hands on it. Works great! The only thing is the App for your phone doesn't work for newer phones i guess it hasn't been updated. So if you are thinking you are going to get it on your tablet or phone it doesn't work. The built-in screen is pretty clear so everything worked out. Saved me from having to bust up concrete which was gonna be very pricey.

I had an issue where my line kinked, contacted support and they sent me a new reel with no hassle.

I was really looking forward to using this around the house and it broke on the first use. Sad to see it go. I'd invest in a thicker cable and one that is outside the box on its own spinning enclosure as the one that this comes with is no good and makes it hard to get it back in its box after use. Don't waste your money on this.
