Bamboo stakes and garden supports of any kind were expensive and hard to find in my area this year, so I was very happy to have found these at a less than outrageous price. I used these to stake pepper plants and overall they worked fine. Some of the stakes, however, were super skinny and not too useful. In addition, none of the stakes were study enough to pound into the ground, so if your ground isn't soft enough that you could push a stake in and have it hold, I would look for something else.

I have these set up with my cucumber and pepper plants tied to them.These are very sturdy and seem to withstand the elements perfectly.These are also very tall (3-4 feet) and maybe a 1/4-1/2inch in diameter.I love how it is natural bamboo.Would highly recommend to use!

There must be some sort of grading system. The batch I received this time around is so thin & spindly, I doubt the stakes will be able to support much of anything.

Works good get high winds here a few did not hold up but i expected as much good value for the money! For my unique situation will end up a little larger diameter and length next time. But i get an abundance of strong and severe weather and storms where i live.

As stated, worth the money.

I bought a bag of canes from a big box retailer (H.D.) while I waited for these to arrive (slower shipping due to COVID), and then these canes from Amazon arrive a few days later, so I was able to compare... These Grower's Edge canes on Amazon are far superior to the ones I got for a similar price at H.D., in that they have fewer defects and are a bit thicker despite being the same length.

Seam sturdy and they do the job they are intended to do. Only complaint was the bag was opened when I received them.

Typically I have purchased similar bamboo garden stakes at the local Dollar Store. I paid $4.99 for these (25 stakes in 4’ length) back in October 2018. I was extremely happy with my order. If they ever come down in price again (typically running at a high price of ~$20) I would absolutely purchase more.
