Kirby22 oz. Heavy Traffic Pretreat

Didn't get the results I was hoping for on carpet stains, however it was a good product.

We used this on our carpet in the family room, hallway and bedrooms. We had a lot of stains from the grandkids dripping things and from the cat coming in after laying in the dirt and making dark dirt spots on the carpet. After shampooing and using the pre spray, it all looks about 50% than it did. Be prepared to use a lot of elbow grease on the stains and spots!

Between two children, one dog, and until recently a very old cat, we have gone through several store-bought bottles of the Kirby Heavy Traffic Shampoo pretreat. As our Kirby saleswoman showed us during our Kirby demonstration, she would squirt the chosen carpet stain until soaked and then use the head of the pretreat bottle to rub it into the stain. She'd move to another spot and do the same. Then with an old wash cloth in hand, she'd return to the first stain and vigorously dry it with the cloth. Miraculously, the stain would be gone.I since begun ordering this on Amazon. I used nearly an entire bottle in our family van making stains on the carpets simply disappear using the same method we were shown long ago when we first got our Kirby. I don't know how this product does what it does, but I have personally seen it get rid of gum in the carpet, vomit, urine, ketchup, Crayola marker, coffee, and it even better hid a fireplace burnt spot on the carpeting in front of the fireplace mantle.We also use it as directed on the bottle, to spray the carpeting 5-minutes before wet vacuuming. It truly is a great product. We are sold.

Great little spray! In the past when I shampooed my carpets, I would often "go over" a spot repeatedly to scrub out the dirt, which used up a lot of the specially formulated and expensive Kirby shampoo. I tried using Resolve and other spot cleaners with no luck; the spots on my carpet were from traffic and not stains. Then I found this pretreatment and was so happy to discover from first hand experience that it works wonderfully! I find myself "going over" spots less. Tip: It's still helpful to rotate the Kirby on top of spots, especially in a pivoting, horizontal motion (instead of just the forward and back traditional vacuum pattern). My only recommendation is to let it soak a little longer than the directions indicate for heavier stains, and you may have to alternate spray-shampoo-spray etc. until the spots fade. I have not encountered a spot, stain or traffic alike, that I couldn't get out with this spray. It expedites carpet cleaning and saves money by using less shampoo.

This is a good product. I am satisfied.

This stuff is awesome! It will get those hard to clean stains out and I’m talking barf stains, kid barf, cat barf, weird black stains that lord only knows who tracked in! This is my go to carpet cleaner and with any cleaner some elbow grease and patience is needed. With my cream carpet it is a must have and something I make sure I never run out of!

I have used this product before and I'm very pleased with it as well as how fast it shipped! Highly Recommended!!
