Amazing ice pack for injured ankle. I dislocated my ankle and need to ice it on a regular basis but trying to secure multiple ice packs to my leg ankle and foot is extremely difficult when it is in pain. This ice pack made it extremely easy to get ice on my ankle and foot where all the swelling is located and help to reduce the swelling. I highly recommend this for anyone with an ankle injury. I keep mine and a standup chest freezer, which means that it is very cold when I pull it out so I put an extra sock on to give a little bit of insulation between the ice pack and my ankle and then loosen it and pull off the sock as it starts to thaw out a bit. I also keep it on for longer than the 20 minutes recommended and it stays cold for about 40 minutes.

I had a ski injury and all of the ice packs I was told to use were uncomfortable. I ordered this one and it is absolutely perfect. Fits like a glove, comfortable, stays cold, compact and really does the job. I showed it to my Dr. and he is recommending it to his patients. TY

I bought two different brands of the same wrap and I honestly dislike this one a lot. I had foot surgery and wanted something to ease icing my foot because ice packs are not fun to try and wrap your foot in. The other one I purchased was Newgo. Here are the pros and cons for both:Newgo Pros: Fit (my surgery was on my toes), comfort, longevity, easy to use, comes with a bag to put it in to freeze the wrap so it doesn't contaminate or stink up the freezer, has a natural boot shape so the fit is lovely.Newgo Cons: I have small feet so it may not be big enough for people with larger feet, and the straps aren't removable, and I love this one so much that I can't justify buying like 3 more since surgery is very short term.ComfyTemp Pros: the straps are removable, gets the job done, and may work better for ankle surgery as it is not a formed shoe.ComfyTemp Cons: The fit isn't great, it definitely is made for a smaller and narrower foot, doesn't stay as cold as long, the straps are confusing, does not come with a bag to prevent contamination and odor.Overall: I would not buy this one again, but buy the Newgo instead.

I broke my distal tib/fib and had to have ORIF surgery to repair the fractures with plates & screws. I had ALOT of swelling and pain after the surgery and was non weight bearing for 8 weeks. I got this ice pack to make it easy to ice my leg and foot and it works great. The gel freezes semi-hard but stays just flexible enough to mold it around my foot/leg. The straps are wide and stretchy and I am able to get good compression with them. They last about 45min of good cold and another 15 of cool which is great for me. It has a flocked side for chill on bare skin and a vinyl side for max cold. It takes about 3 hours to freeze to max coldness. Very very happy with this ice pack and I continue to use it every day.

I just had ankle surgery and this covers all the areas I need covered. Super cold. Haven't tried hot yet cause I mostly need cold for swelling. Comfortable. Only thing is I need to figure out how to cover all areas without having it strapped too tight. Glad I bought this, no more using ice cubes and refilling the ice tray for ice packs.

Post surgery sanity was a must, and the need to have continual icing helped relieve pain. This ice pack was easy to use and served it's purpose. Glad I found it!

The wrap is MUCH smaller than what is shown. I'm not a big guy, and this doesn't even come close to going around the bottom of my leg or my foot if used as instructed. Might be good for a child. I found somewhat of a workaround by placing it on TOP of my foot/leg and wrapping it around the bottom of my foot and back of leg, but it's not ideal. Also, by doing it this way, it leaves the ankle completely uncovered, so while this product is advertised for relief of ankle sprain pain, it does not work for that purpose. Also gets warm rather quickly and the gel packs are somewhat stiff after coming out of the freezer.
