Buying this mixer was a very expensive mistake. I live on a small budget, so spending $129.00 on anything is a big investment. This mixer simply does not perform the way I hoped. None of the attachments reach the sides of the bowl, which means I spend more than half my time scraping the sides of the bowl trying to get the ingredients back into the mixing area.When I first got it last July 2020, I immediately prepped potatoes to make mashed potatoes. I was disappointed from the start. No matter how many times I scraped the side of the bowl, the mashed potatoes continued to be lumpy because the beater just pushed to chunks to the side again as soon as I turned it back on. I thought to return it at that time, but I thought I'd never used a stand mixer before, maybe there's a learning curve.Well, it's been two months now and the only thing it seems to be any good for is cookies. Unfortunately, I like cupcakes, and all the stopping, scraping, & restarting, makes the dough over mixed and it's still not combined well.I'm putting this mixer on a lower shelf where I can see it with a sign that says, "You screwed the pooch on this one."

I gifted this to my Mom and she absolutely loves this. Works just as great as a high end one. She loves the bread hook attachment this came with.

I rated this item a two because Item arrived with a crack in the clear plastic shield that allows you to add baking essentials during mixing and keep items from splashing out. Also I rated this a two because it does not reach the bottom of the mixing pan as well as I hoped to mix all contents to a very perfect consistency in my decorative cake baking.

Tried mixing cake three times. The dough was terrible. The one paddle didn’t seem to get to bottom of mixer bowel.

It is odd that there is only one size bowl that locks into place. It is odd that there is just one beater and the machine has to be turned off to scrape the contents of the bowl. It was a gift and not what my mother was looking for, apparently.

I did not know much about this brand. I kept cautioning myself and second thinking. And now after having it for 4 months and using it quite regualry I am very happy with my purchase. Really nice strong engine. Great attachments. Bowels a decent size for a family of 4. I love the look of these ones. My red one with the chrome accents looks beautiful on my counter. I prefered using this one over my friends bigger brand name one

The mixer is very lite and doesn’t feel like it can take much heavy use. However the price is great and for now it does everything I need it for.

I glad I got this stand mixer it’s exactly what I want . It’s quiet . The color very cool and my kids love it . Now My daughter could do pizzas , cup cakes , sponge cake .... etc the price is reasonable . Recommend for bakery lovers 👍🏻 😊
