You think it isn't getting any of the fuzz until you remove the top and see the accumulation inside. Clean it out with a Q-Tip and be amazed! It works very well for what I expect. I have not had it long enough to see how long the rotary blades last, but I will still repurchase.

It leaves my upper lip area completely smooth, which other gadgets never have...and creams don't work for me either. I will probably use this daily, but can easily skip a day.
