the directions are mixed but the turntable is so easy to use that it was easy to get up ...
In order to automate the process of taking pics for photogrammetry, I spent a long time trying to find a turntable that would automatically stop at prescribed intervals and automatically activate the camera to take a pic at each interval. I found only one, that made by ComXim, with there others but the others were packages requiring that the user utilize a computer as intermediary and proprietary software. The ComXim was the only system that I found that was standalone, connecting the camera to the turntable.Before purchasing the product I emailed ConXim with questions, establishing a relationship with CoCo, who responding without fail very promptly, recognizing that due to the time difference it usually was a 24-hour turnaround. She even unilaterally contacted me to tell me that there would be a 3-day delay in shipping, which was not of major concern to me but very touching. In receiving the turntable, indeed, the directions are mixed but the turntable is so easy to use that it was easy to get up and running. It works as advertised, with me using a Nikon D800. I ran into an issue with the turntable, again corresponding with CoCo, who unfailingly responded with a direct, sometimes humorous reply, such that the experience has been truly pleasurable. I could not recommend more this product and company; they are a model for great customer service and a product that works as advertised. If in this 5-star rating system I could give them a 10 I would. I am so pleased that this is the first review I've ever done.
