It is already for the beginner
The product is fine but i still had to use pads for the saftey. Sometimes the cup was leaking even when it was not full at all. Overall it was a very good experience because i do not have to worry about my clothes. For first time users( please wear a pad while you use the cup untill you completely get a hang of it )
