Excellent AGM Battery! It costs more than a lead acid battery, but in this case you get what you pay for. It won’t let you down.

I bought this 34R battery to replace an Odyssey 34R battery. I was worried that the Interstate battery wouldn’t fit correctly in the Odyssey battery holder, but it fit perfectly. In fact with both batteries side by side it looks like they are from the same manufacturer. Every indentation and crease is identical when comparing both batteries. The only difference I could see are the colors and branding. Both are probably manufactured by Johnson Controls.

Battery lasted for only 17 months.

A bit pricey but after asking around it seems to be the battery you want to have under your hood. I had no battery in my 2018 4Runner for about 30 minutes while making the switch and the only thing that needed to be reset was the cabin clock. No "Memory Saver" was used. Also, Interstate says the battery fits a 2018 4Runner but Amazon says that it doesn't fit a 2018 4Runner. Well, I found that the Interstate battery was just a bit shorter than the stock battery I was replacing. As a result I couldn't tighten down on the battery retaining screws enough to hold the battery securely in place. I'm sure that there are 1000 ways to take up the slack but what I did was purchase a piece of black hose and using a box cutter I cut two "U" shaped pieces each about five inches long. I positioned them over the front and rear edge of the battery that are under the battery clamp and tighten down on bolts. It worked perfectly.

Expensive through the vender, but Interstate is one of the BEST batteries that one can buy for their vehicle 🔋. It's still going strong, $400 is the most that I've paid for any battery. I'll be impressed if it lasts 8yrs. We'll see.

I am very happy with this battery - It is the strongest and most reliable battery on the market. It is very expensive, but worth it in the long run. I am amazed to read all the critical comments from people complaining that it does not fit their car. For Gods sake, that is not a legitimate reason to knock this battery! It is clearly the responsibility of the buyers to research the battery as well as the vehicle they intend to install it in, to determine compatibility. Same old story - ignorant people making ignorant statements. It's a wonder how these people cope with life on a daily basis - feel sorry for them....

I used the Amazon Vehicle Guide for my special make and model. Unfortunately, after spending $400 for a premium battery, the terminals on the battery were on the opposing end of the battery vs the stock setup. Therefore, the battery doesn’t fit. Several attempts to return were a failed adventure as the Amazon return page wouldn’t allow for it. Unfortunately, I had to go to a local shop and buy a replacement for the Amazon order. To be clear, I’m sure the battery is fine- for a truck it’s actually designed to fit.

I have a 2005 Honda Odysee van and though they claim it is compatible it did not fit perfectly. The positive cable was difficult to get on because it needs to be about an inch longer but I made it work. I also feel that this battery is way to costly, hope it lasts as long as they claim.
