Normally it takes me weeks to finish a book. I began reading it right when it was delivered, and couldn’t put it down until it was done 8 hrs later. For the 2 main characters (oldest boys from each family), it becomes a fight for physical, emotional and mental survival in the enduring aftermath of a countrywide EMP strike to keep them and their families alive. Throughout the book, I found myself questioning what I would do. A must read, and would make a great movie!

This was a random pick that popped up, and it’s turned into a book that I’ve recommended to several friends. So hard to put this down, wondering what’s next!!!
