I was looking for something that could keep my cables organized on my bedside table. I often have several cables there for phone, tablet etc but just tangled on the floor when i'm not using them. then I'm digging around for the one I need when I'm ready to charge. I clipped the magnet portions of these toward the end of each cable and then place the magnetic clip on the magnet base when i'm not using the cord so they are all right there and organized. Then I pull off the one I need, leaving the clip on the cord so when I unplug my phone I can just plop the magnet/cord right back onto the magnet. I suggest securing the magnetic strip tape on the top of a table. Attaching it vertically on the side may be a problem for the magnets to hold up heavier lengthy cords. Most of the cords worked fine but the longer one I had coiled up had too much weight for the magnet. If you have standard short/light cords then that won't be a problem. This is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. I love the item, but would put a slightly stronger magnet in the clips for heavier cords.There is room for a couple more magnets on the strip so you can conceivably get more to attach to the same strip if you have more cords to organizeThe magnet clips are a sturdy plastic with a little wiggle room to squeeze the cords through the narrow slot to the middle where the hole is a little wider. These clip snuggly on to my flat rubber cords as well as those cords that I have that are rounded and braided.I think this magnetic desk cable organizer is a simple inexpensive solution to a basic problem many of us are facing in our home office or the charging area we designate in our homes.

Initially, I was pretty excited with this item; however, we have had ours about a month and the adhesive won't stick enough to keep it in place more than half a day and the magnets frequently fall off. We have tried mounting it on a vertical and horizontal surface but neither worked well. If you wanted to just have your gadgets lying out on a counter charging right next to the cable management attachment it might work ok. We tend to have ours charging in a basket on the counter and the angle of the cord going up doesn't seem to work with this particular device. Wish I had only ordered one, but now I'm stuck with a second unopened package. White elephant gift for someone else next year I guess.

Unfortunately the magnets are just not strong enough. Cables with clip attachment are constantly falling off the strip. I do not recommend this product.

I like this product. I just wish the magnets were a lot stronger. Cables can get a little heavy and it's a little hard for them to stay put.

Ordered this product for my husband's gaming setup and it has made such a difference in how organized our desk looks. Highly recommend.

Really bad, the magnets are small and not nearly strong enough to hold even my phone charger cable. The base which the box says is super sticky does not stick at all. This product is pretty much useless.

works well and is promising, less than a month in, one of magnets has dislodged, looks like it was installed with one drop of glue and a plastic sticker to cover the hole. I guess it's ok for this price.

The magnets on this thing are a joke. The bar won't even hold onto the small cable clips without anything in them. It's junk... DO NOT BUY!!

I came across these after looking at some way to stop my cables from keeping falling behind my desk after removing from item charging, really loved the contemporary design and I knew I'd find a use for them.They're really cool and use a nice soft touch plastic.The magnets are nice and strong and have no issues with them falling off. I've got a basic selection of cables and the clips fit them all, even the flat ones.The plate uses adhesive which sticks nicely to the wood or glass surface, now i don’t need to frustratingly keep scrambling around for my iPhone cable and looks very niceUPDATE:I am really sorry but my initial ethusiasm and product review was very positive ,i was sent a replacement from seller as the 1st one fell apart ,these cable holders have a serious non stick issue !! the gluepad they are using is useless and does not work.hope my comments help product improvement as it’s not a product i can recommend.

Received this product in a suitable packaging containing1x magnetic base and 3x magnetic podsThese cable clips are great for organising those cables lying around the floor, I am using them on my computer table for my phone, laptop and iPad chargers.They are available in 3 colours blue, red and black.Magnetic base has a peel and stick adhesive at the back, where you can stick to any smooth surface, but the one I received had some issues sticking to surfaces, so had to use strong double sided adhesive tape ( did not like the idea of using hot glue on my desk )The magnetic pods are the coolest ones, very easy to use and are well made with good quality plastic material with a soft opening to the side to insert the cable without damaging the wires,sometims the magnets do tend to move or fall off if pushed or pulled accidentally.My kids love to play with the pods, although being told not to touch......they have found a new toy,....at least...they do make sure all wires stays stuck.Overall very happy with the product, but would love to have better adhesive and may be have an extra pod as we have a spare space.If you find my review helpful please dont forget to press yes button below.

It has been very useful to tidy up a few cables and it looks good.The cable gap is a bit more width than it should for common devices, so for example for the iPhone lighting cable you need to place it right at the end where the cable has the double cover or the magnet will get loose and slide through the cable.It would be good to have a larger option and I'm lowering one star because the actual magnet is covered by a sticker in the bottom part instead of being embedded, causing it to come out in a very few occasions.

this wont fit anything thicker than a standard USB cable. i purchased this to hold my laptop power cable and ethernet when i take my laptop out but the cables wont fit in the holders, and it feels like it will break if you force it.if you only need it for skinny charging cables then its probably fine, but anything thicker wont fit.

We have a bunch of cables in the kitchen, for headphones, iPhones and an old iPad, and they get in a fankle (all twisted up) - so I bought this device to manage them.It's quite small, so it's unobtrusive and is really easy to use: you simply peel the cover off the sticker, affix the base to whatever you like, stick the cables into the little magnetic clips and you're done.the magnets are strong enough to hold the cables in place and it all looks nice and tidy.
