I want to start off by saying, my daughter wears these almost everyday. They’re simple and comfortable. They hold up.BUTWe had to go to get X-rays for my daughter because she swallowed the squeaker. She’s two. It comes out easily with a child’s teeth ripping at them. MAKE SURE YOU DONT LEAVE THEM ALONE WITH THE SQUEAKER.

I like the shoes, the only reason I had to give 4 stars instead of 5 was that this is the second time I ordered the same shoes. The first time, I followed their sizing instructions and ordered a different size than I normally would for my daughter (as the listing instructed). When they arrived, the shoes were several sizes too big. Not even close to fitting. I'd ordered an 8 (according to what their measuring chart says) though my daughter was wearing a 5 at the time. Clearly, these shoes run true to standard shoe size and their sizing instructions are way off. For this second pair, I ignored their sizing instructions and ordered a 6, which my daughter now wears with a little wiggle room. The shoes are cute, but if you order the wrong size (at their recommendation) you may end up with shoes that are several sizes too big and have to deal with the hassle of returning them

Oh my goodness, these are the best toddler shoes EVER!! Not only do they fit perfectly, but my picky 2 year old absolutely ADORES them, and asks to wear her "squeaky shoes" all the time! Our squeaker did stop working in one of her shoes on the first day of use, which was a bit disappointing, but it was the easiest fix in the world! I just took the squeaker out, pulled out the rounded piece of plastic and the thin piece of plastic film with a needle, then repositioned the film on top of the plastic (hopefully the pictures help show this). The film had become flattened against the rounded plastic, so no air was able to pass between it and the rounded piece, thus no squeak. Once I repositioned everything, it worked good as new, and has been working ever since! Even if that hadn't worked, Little Mae included two extra squeakers, plus information on how to find instructions to fix the squeakers on their website. I love that! I'd seen some negative reviews about the squeaker failing, but seeing the extra squeakers and instructions really shows that the company listens to their customers, and care a lot about their customers' experiences, and are proactive about fixing any problems before they happen. But to me the best part was when a Physical Therapist I know saw my daughter wearing them and asked me where I got them. She said that she often recommends squeaky shoes to her patients who are having issues learning to work, and she loved the quality of the shoes my daughter had. When I told her about how easy they were to fix, and how the company included replacement squeakers and instructions, she just had to know where to find them. If that doesn't tell you how great they are, I don't know what else will! These are, by far, the best toddler shoes I have ever bought!

Shoes tore up my daughters feet. She had them on while playing inside because we just got them. She has sores all around her ankles and heels. Little Mae’s contacted me to offer a full refund. Based on this review, they redesigned the shoe to eliminate this being a problem in the future. I appreciate they contacted me and gave me a full refund.

The media could not be loaded.  Oh man. These shoes are so cute, and awesome. I have a 2 year old that toe walks. I bought these to encourage her to walk on her heels. Boy do they encourage her !!! The fit is perfect. She wears a 5 right now. I bought a 6 so she could wear them a little longer. They fit awesome, are wide enough but not too wide for her , and seem really well made and comfortable with socks. They did not come in a box, but rather in a plastic bag, but were appropriately packed. I’m seriously considering buying more pairs in different colors.

These are very cute. I ordered them for the holidays and they arrived quickly. I didn't read the description closely so I didn't realise that they squeak until after they came. They do squeak very well and my daughter thought they were hilarious, running all over and squeaking. Of course, one probably doesn't want their kid loudly squeaking every time they leave the house, so I was pleased to discover that you can easily de-squeak the shoes by pulling out the little plastic peg in the sole. Presto! Quiet shoes. Its very easy to reinsert the peg when you want the shoes to squeak again. They are nice quality with nice leather and thick soles. Kid is in love with them.

We've all seen the cute kid with the squeaky shoes and thought "I should get that!"Well I have- and it is PURE ADORABLE.My little girl fell in love with these pink flower squeaky shoes. In fact she wore them trick or treating, and it was actually easy to keep track of her!The Velcro closures are perfect.Now after a while, it is a bit much... there is only so much squeaking a mama (or the neighborhood dogs- OHMIGOSH!) can handle.So here's the best feature of the squeaky shoes..... the squeakers are removable!For our sanity, and for her to be able to wear them to school, we had to remove them.And without them, still a perfectly cute, good quality shoe. And my girl is NOT kind to her shoes. She loves them to bits... literally.We've loved them. I do wish I had gotten them a size up, but the fit just right for right now.

She heard them for the first time and just Grind from ear to ear. It was the cutest ever. The shoes are well made and light so it makes it easier for her to walk in them. They are very cute for play or dress up times too.
