Im not an influencer they suck. I'm a musician music lover I need my dose its a drug. I had Oontz Ultra for 4 years then gave it away for new discoveries. The Oontz Pro at $109 each was not good. The Ultra at $39 was the sweetest pair of listening toys I had. They are 14 watts. They are the competition of this Notabrick 40 watt. Oontz has no DPS changing my music to sound synthetic. Some DPS do amazing today on the other hand making the old Ultra seem vanilla. The DSP argument goes on but when they DSP it good it pushes it upwards not down.At $100+ I tried and returned X-King (OMG) JBL (Ehh) Anker (Wow DSP sensations for non audiofiles i give 5 stars), And yes some off brands. too.Why did I return them if I wow them?I'm spoiled to have 2 separate speakers, period. I grew up lime that. Im not changing.2 of the above were like $215 +.I want 2 for $100.NOTABRICK WINS. I'm done for now. Will gift these out in pairs as well.80 watts is not a joke. I played Slayer Jesus Saves (retorical) and Exodus's Strike of the Beast. You should test with fast heavy metal from the 80's, thats my theory.PLEASE SET IT TO """BASS""" MODE. We're reviewing a small speaker here. Give it its bass please.Small? The name Notabrick becomes clear to the buyer when you embrace a unit in your wrist. It's identical in size and weight to a cement brick. Thus the name. "I'm not a brick." I love names made with thought.But the sound, in "Bass" mode, at * oh so loud, * was perfect to my very spoiled ears. Pounding metal that remains clear and pounding. I like my car stereo in my 2013 Sonata. This is closest to the contained punching clarity in my car, (without using the car battery:) Larger speakers will move the car doors and floor stronger at $100+ but something sweet about the smaller yet heavy heavy size. DONT SAY BIGGER IS BETTER. It will move the floor more but not sound better, to the contrary larger is open to bigger sound thats less "contained."Im stuck on 2 smaller or medium brick size speakers and with a ton of testing Im keeping the Notabrick, and would like to thank them for being meticulous and Im their target buyer lol;;;

Brought this as we wanted a well priced water proof speaker with handsfree and voice assistant when paddle boarding. we can now listen to music and make/receive phone calls whilst out on the water without the need to get the phone from the dry bag.It was cheap enough to not have to worry about an expensive speaker getting damaged or accidently lost overboard if it came loose from the straps.Overall very happy with the speaker, the sound is very good. it doesn't have a huge amount of base, but does have a clear full range of sound.Easy to connect to phone, and the battery lasts so far as long as they indicate.I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting something small and compact to take to the beach, or use for watersports etc. without fear of taking something really expensive.Well done Notabrick - excellent product - great value - sounds great!!!

I just bought a projector for my bedroom. I don’t have a ton of space so wiring and hanging speakers wasn’t an option. I found this Notabrick 40 Watt speaker and compared it to others in this class.This is by far the best bang for my buck. The speaker gets loud and sounds clear at both high and low volume. I took it into my shower last night and enjoyed music in my bathroom for the first time.And this is the best part: I bought a second speaker, paired them, and the sound while watching a movie is incredibly full, dynamic and in stereo.I highly recommend this speaker(s) for anyone needing a cost-effective, versatile, low-footprint solution for their listening needs.

Amazing speaker for the price. Great sounds and good base. Almost on par with Bose
