they work good
Installed these on a special bike ( Sunseeker EZ- Tri Classic ) for my wife as she has some foot and leg problems, And her feet would slip off the pedals, After Installing these She loves her bike now, So these may be good for people who have minor disabilities with nock knees and feet pointing out syndrome who think they can't ride a bike. So these worked for her needs. Just be aware that you may have metal debris in the internal threads from manufacturing process, So check to make sure threads are clean to prevent binding and a proper install to be safe. These worked great for two rides. At some point on the third ride, the pedal came loose on the left side. No matter how tightly I tightened it, it would come loose within 5 minutes. After doing this several times i decided to give up and send them back. Your luck may vary, but I suspect the threads werent cut deep enough to hold the pedal firmly.

Makes pedaling my MTB more natural feeling.
Keeps inner thighs off the seat saddle a little less. Which alleviates pressure on the inner thighs. Peddling my bike feels more natural with my extra wide saddle. The durability is questionable though because it creates more mechanic leverage upon the crank arm.
