I hooked this up to the cameras, ran UTP Cat5e to the other model this company sells with cabled BNC connectors and hooked the DVR to that. Runs perfectly, no issues with quality or interruptions in signal for the last 30 days. I did try using Cat5e with RJ45 connectors I had laying around without any luck. I didn't have the time or desire to troubleshoot, so I can't say whether it's the this unit, the other unit or the cable for sure. Will update review if this fails before it should.

Reliable solution for remote camera connections
This device was exactly what I needed to connect 4 remote cameras using just a single network cable. I paired it with another unit to connect the coaxial cables to my DVR. It worked flawlessly over a 200ft distance with a Cat5e cable, providing a reliable and simple setup for my security system. Remember to use an additional wire for powering the cameras.

El producto funciona perfectamente, no necesita alimentación eléctrica, lo use para conectar 3 cámaras de video. Tip, si vas a conectarlo mediante conector RJ45, asegúrate de poncharlo mediante el sistema Tipo A o Tipo B, ya que el producto asume ese orden de conexion para obtener los canales de salida y de no hacerlo puede enviar el video de algunas cámaras con interferencia
