I use it for soups (with chicken broth, and the usual suspects; and it present a very spicy 'Schezwan-like'base to any concoction), as well as a rub for ribs and roasts. Comparable to "Delhi Nihari" by "National Foods Ltd." which differs in sourcing 'Black Pepper' for heat rather than red chilli's. Both products contain MSG.

These masala's are outstanding, have been a life changer for me.Much better than Shaan that I have been using for many years, but not anymore after discovering Lucky!I have tried their Nihari, Butter chicken, Biryani, Mutton Korma and Fish fry. Just follow their instructions to a T and you are guaranteed a delicious meal.

I followed the direction on the back of the box. The dish was a success and tasted similar to what I have had when I was back home in India. For people who like spicy food I would recommending adding some red chili pepper or cayenne. Great product indeed!
