Fluid reservoir design is flawed and you cannot buy replacement fluid reservoirs
1. The fluid reservoir design is flawed. The do not have replacement wicks like the Bravas and other models. Rather the fluid wick is built into the reservoir. They go bad quickly and then fail to deliver fluid to the washing/scrubbing pad. If you have a dremel tool you can carefully cut a 3/4" hole into the fluid reservoir and use iRobot Braava Pro Clean Wicks, Replacement Wet Sponges like the ones in the link below. If you cut the hole too big you can always use a silicon seal or sealant to prevent leaks but use something that is NOT permanent because you are going to want to replace these Braava wicks regularly. Once I did that, mine works incredibly well.https://www.amazon.com/iRobot-Braava-Replacement-Sponges-Accessory/dp/B00DJMU5S8/2. I cannot find anywhere to purchase additional fluid reservoirs. I would like to have more than one fluid reservoir as backups just in case I break one of them. Since Elicto doesn't sell replacement fluid reservoirs I am going to drop one of the plastic ones off at a friends place who does fabrication and see if he can fabricate one out of aluminum with the 3/4" hole so that I can continue to use iRobot Braava Pro Clean Wicks, Replacement Wet Sponges.3. It seems the lithium ion battery goes bad in about 6 months. In summary, this is a great floor mopping/scrubbing robot. It is fast and strong, though that does mean it is going to be quite a bit louder than a lot of models. If Elicto re-engineered the fluid reservoir to use replaceable wicks like the iRobot Braava's then the problem would be much better.

Good on open rectangular spaces, but not so great in a room with furniture.
I just purchased this and was very excited to receive it. It did a very good job in my kitchen, which is rectangular shaped, but moving to the dining room it missed a lot of places. It doesn't have any kind of navigational system and just sort of bumps its way along, and in rooms that have things like chairs or tables, it misses a lot and even in the open areas of my dining room, it left a lot undone. In the hallway, it sort of went down the middle a few times, but most of it was left undone. Another problem I noticed in the one room it did a decent job on, is that the space under my kitchen counters is low enough so that it couldn't reach under the cabinets, but high enough so that when it hit the cabinets it didn't hit the sensor so it kept going as if it was still moving forward. I love the technology and that it can be used on other surfaces, like tables or windows, but I needed something to tackle the daily mopping of my floors. I will likely be returning this item, as it just didn't do what I need it to do.

It is definitely not roomba
It works. And it works well. It does not run the 50 minutes as stated in the manual. More like 20 minutes. Also i have used it for 2 days and 1 cleaning pad is falling apart.

when it runs into bottom of cabinet and doesn't hit ...
when it runs into bottom of cabinet and doesn't hit the bumpers it will just continue to think that it's doing it's job and clean one area. Other than that it does work for small area.

This product presents some issues
I am disappointed with this product. I have a Roomba and needed something similar for mopping. This is not it. Although I like the size of the pads and the amount of water it disperses, unlike the Roomba, this unit does not have a GPS built in so it has an irregular path throughout the floor, leaving some areas untouched. It also does not recognize steps and will fall if you operate it near your stairs. It does not recognize rugs and my large area rug got wet when it went over it. The unit has a low level of noise itself but bangs lowdly against objects and floor boards. This could be easily addressed by adding rubber around the unit such as the Roomba has. I am returning mine and will continue to look for a better product.

Everybot cleans a lot faster and probably does a better job overall than either
I've only had this for about 2 weeks but so far am loving it. I also own a Braava and a Braava Jet. Everybot cleans a lot faster and probably does a better job overall than either. It does require more clearance than both Bravaas and is larger so if tight spaces (like in a bathroom) or getting under furniture are issues the Bravaas might be better, but for a large space you want cleaned quickly this one is the winner.

the pads work fine, but.....
This works in theory, but the water reservoirs do not dispense ANY water at all. They are still full even after 3 full hours of cleaning (with recharging in between). The only way to get it to work is to "rewet" the cleaning pads manually, which sort of defeats the purpose. I have tried to get a replacement with the Elicto store, but I was only offered to get new pads! which makes no sense, the pads work fine. Well, they do leave a dry spot in the middle, but I could live with that if the water was working correctly. I am past my return period, since I had hoped to get it fixed by the seller. I also bought the new version on the Indiegogo site, I may take my money back there.
