I purchased one of these earlier this year and it was $40, the box is great, and I love the options of oven, freezer and dishwasher safe. I ended up buying 5 more of them direct from the manufacturer. Bentgo is also really solid when it comes to warranty claims.The $80 price tag here is too much for me and would recommend going through Bentgo or another retailer.

I have tried quite a couple of different bento lunch boxes and none have come close to what the BentGo MicroSteel Lunch Box offers!It's slim enough to pack into most insulated lunch boxes. The metal material is as thin as possible while providing great heat or cold transfer from whatever you are storing or heating with. It's super easy to clean with the removal divider. It allows for adjustment of the compartment spaces due to the moveable divider. It prevent leaking from one section to another due to the shape of the divider. And it does a great job of sealing out any moisture!If that is not enough, their customer support team is great. I have asked a question and on the next day they have provided me with great feedback.As a contractor who is mostly eating in his truck, I really appreciate the attention to detail and quality in keeping my food fresh and in the temperature I hope for.I recommend their portable utensils to complement the lunch box.

I bought this for my kindergartener for school/camp packed lunches. 3rd time using it and the steam/vacuum seal release is already pulled completely out and missing.No product support to get a replacement (which I'd happily buy, if i could find a number to call & order) so now there's just a hole in the lid making it unusable for a sealed packed lunch.Wish there were options in the bento shop for purchasing replacements.The price is too high to let alittle thing like this sabotage what could be the perfect lunch box.

I’ve been looking for stainless steel lunch containers for my kids, ages 12 & 9, to take their lunch to school. I’m the last we’ve used plastic divided containers from a popular direct sales plastic container company, but they smell like plastic, and they’re too small for my older kids. These Bentgo containers work great. The lids have a great seal, won’t open on their own, yet are easy enough for the kids to open themselves. The adjustable divider is perfect. The container, lid, and divider are easy to wash, without excessive nooks & crannies for food to get stuck in. Very pleased with these!

My 6th grader uses this for lunch and so far so good (we’ve had it a month). I like that the silicone insert is adjustable and removable so it can be reconfigured depending on what she eats for lunch. Love the leak-proof seal on the lid, though I haven’t put liquid in it. Be sure to push down on the lid completely before pushing the button back in. This is also so easy to wash! I do wish that it came with a second silicone insert (like a smaller one) that could go the opposite way, in order to make 4 sections. That’s my only issue with it but otherwise it’s great!
