I guess it'll be okay
I haven't actually gotten to use it but it looks like it'll work fine lol

Works well
The peltier works well. You can feel how cold the small heat sink gets. The large heat sink heats up pretty quickly so make sure that the large (computer fan) is always running when the peltier junction is connected to current. The only thing that needed to be adjusted was that the small fan rubs against the small heat sink and does not turn. The fan needs to be offset from the heat sink. This is not a problem in my application since I will replace the fan with another fan or larger heat exchanger

How can I properly wire it without damage to the parts damage to the
Ot was not quite the system I was expecting. No instructions or specs of any kind.

Not what they advertised
I hooked this up, and it lasted for about 30 minutes. I went to replace the peltier unit inside, and found a 4.8 volt sp1848. 27145 in it. I put a 12 volt unit in it and now works good.

Absolutely a waste of money
First off it came damaged because it was simple shipped wrapped up in a little bubble wrap inside a shipping bag. I thought the bent fins were something I could fix well enough for my project. I wired it up and tested it. Unfortunately I didn’t test it long enough as it would have saved me a few hours of work. It only was able to cool the heat sink 10° cooler then ambient after 4 hours. Figured I would at lest be able use components on future projects. I took the whole thing apart and seen they used very little thermal paste on 1706 peltier. The big heat sink is so curved in the back ‘flat’ side they had to mill 2 spots to put the chip on. Guess I should have known by going the cheap route what I was getting into. Better off building my own with quality parts. More expensive but at lest I know it will work as intended.

ugh!
Bent heat sink, screws half installed, burrs & sharp edges, and no documentation.

Worked perfectly
Worked great for my customer’s needs.

Thermoelectric Peltier Refrigeration Cooling
Using PWM MOSFET driver for the cooler, controlling temperature in a closed-loop, so far so good, hopefully it will last. The large cooling fan on top is quite noisy.
