THE COLLAR ITSELF IS NOT TOO SMALL. However, it is getting your head through the hole that is the issue. There's one button in the back of the neck, and it's a bit tough getting my head in. However, once it is in the collar itself fits nice if not a bit loosely around my neck. It can be easily fixed. It is a very nice product.

While the design is pretty and the lace is beautiful, they are designed for somebody with a lot smaller neck. They were too tight.

I am a small person and still have problems getting it fastened around the next.
