Educational books for 1st grade
Very useful and educational, my child likes it a lot because he has fun while learning.

Colorful pages, fun activities
Great, colorful pages with a variety of engaging activities. I like that the pages are color coded based on subjects and there's an answer key for some of the pages (others are self explanatory and don't need them).I use this for young ESL students so we'll work through a couple of pages together and I'll assign a page (one they can do on their own) as homework.

Highlights for first grade
Great quality, easy to use and understand, great for first grade learning.
User
Great option for summer activities
The games in the book are fun and it seems to be grade-level appropriate. Really covers a wide range of curriculum. I made the mistake of allowing my child to pick and choose what they wanted to do first and, of course, they went for all the fun activities. Now that they are stuck with just the learning pages, they are reluctant to work on it. If you have them work through it from beginning to end, it does a great job of balancing the serious learning with the fun.
