I almost never leave reviews, but this product is AMAZING. I’m in my 30s and have tried countless acne products over the years, and nothing worked like this. My skin hasn’t been this calm in a long time (knock on wood 🪬). It completely cleared my skin in just two weeks. I already ordered three more bottles because I never want to run out. By far the cheapest and most effective solution for hormonal acne I’ve ever tried. Highly recommend!

I got this for my young adult son and after a week of consistent use, his current breakouts and redness cleared up and he has had no new breakouts, which is highly unusual. Wish we had known about this during his teen years. Highly recommend to those whose breakouts never seem to stop coming. Of course your mileage may vary but it’s inexpensive enough to give it a try, in my opinion.

I have adult acne and wanted to try something other than doxycycline or spironolactone. So this does work. I have been taking it for 5 days and already see my pores are better and my face clearer. However. It does cause nausea. My advice take it on a full stomach it helps. And it's very affordable.

This product is being my go to for over a year. It helps to clear my skin from acne and as soon as i stop taking it consistently I start braking out. I even started to take 1 pill instead of the recommended dose of 2 just to make them last longer and that helped too a little slower but i still saw results. It will take few weeks to star seeing results but i think it worth the effort. Just give it a try and you won’t regret.

When I started using this product, I was at my wit's end with my hormonal acne. This saved my face and my sanity! It's a little difficult to swallow, and you should definitely take it immediately after consuming a meal (the nausea is not cute), but just one a day (half a serving size, according to the bottle) solved my issues. This is not for cystic acne, as it says in the product description, but if you have tried all the creams, serums, and scrubs to get rid of acne on your face and want to see if you can get rid of it before trying Accutane, PLEASE take a chance on this one. It's dirt cheap and all you have to do is wait a few days for it to work. It obviously doesn't get rid of any redness, but combined with a good skin care routine this product will work wonders. Only symptom I have noticed is nausea if I don't have enough food/water in my tummy to help digest it. Otherwise, no changes have occurred internally. Compared to how much Accutane dries you out, I don't think it gets any better.

I’m not sure about this. I love the formulation and I had high hopes but it broke me out in deep juicy painful zits the worst I’ve ever had, and I had terrible cystic acne all through college. They also took forever to clear up and heal and left scars, which I don’t normally get. I cleared it with Avene gentle benzoyl peroxide. Now, I take half dose every few days.

I have struggled with body acne the majority of my adult life. It was bad as a teenager, but I thought it would reduce with age. It did a little, but most of it has stuck around. I tried everything. Antibiotic prescriptions, creams, wipes, patches, multiple supplements, changing my diet, etc. Nothing ever REALLY seemed to work effectively. I could reduce it a little, but could never pin down to root of the issue. I also have a vitamin absorption problem that doesn't help either. I have to take many times the recommended doses to see any effects in health. Probably why changing my diet didn't help either. I found this while searching for other acne supplements. I thought, sure why the heck not, I've tried everything else. I really can't believe my issue has been a zinc deficiency this entire time. Within a week I started seeing a reduction. I couldn't believe it. I'm going on 3 weeks now and my problem areas are like 75% better. I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to completely get rid of my acne, I think I just have cursed skin. But somehow this magical supplement fixed something I've been struggling with for 15 years. If you've tried EVERYTHING else to no avail, just try one more. This could be it!

I stop for a while, I think it’s not quite compatible for my face, my acne are getting multiply.

So far so good, i drink this supplement and use some skin care products. My skin got clear now after a few months. But the package was old and seems like it was a long time, i deduct 1 star.
